He is suspected in the murder of 43 year old Steven Angulo. A recent preliminary hearing was postponed for the 3rd time. Defense attorney says it is taking a long time to get discovery documents, including state autopsy reports. Another delay was the arrest of another suspect, Nathan Garnica. It is not known if a new date has been set.
