The El Centro Aquatic Center says they are thrilled to be bringing back its Team USA-themed Fourth of July Pool Party for 2006. They say this year they will be taking the celebration to an whole new level. For the first time, the celebration will expand beyond the pool and onto Park Avenue. It will be a full Block Party experience. The event will run from 6 to 10 pm. Among the features, there will be a new and improved USA Foam Party, the annual cannonball contest, a live d.j., Cabana rentals, local food vendors and a lot more. The best part is, admission is absolutely free
