(Two suffer fatal injuries)....The were involved in a two-vehicle collision Sunday.

The collision was reported at the intersection of Gila Street and Giss Parkway in Yuma. Police were called to the scene at 2:22 Sunday morning. They found a motorcycle had collided with a Hyundai. Police determined a 21-year-old male was operating the motorcycle with a 17-year-old female passenger. They were traveling westbound in the 200 block of East Giss Parkway. They collided with the vehicle, driven by a 64-year-old female, as it turned onto Gila Street. The 21-year-old suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced diseased at the scene. The 17-year-old was transported to Onvida Hospital suffering life threatening injuries and was later pronounced diseased. The 64-year-old was not injured. The collision remains under active investigation. They believe speed may have been a factor.
