(County Supervisors meet Tuesday)... The meeting will begin with presentations.

There will be several presentations, three of them will be very special. The Board will present 3 Medals of Merit. The Medal of Merit is the highest honor the board can bestow on a person. The first Medal of Merit and resolution will honor Cari August for over 20 years of volunteer service and community support, including work with the Westmorlnd Food Pantry. Another Medal of Merit and resolution will honor Maria Elena Nava-Froelich for over 35 years of volunteer service and community leadership, including service on the Calipatria City Council. The third Medal of Merit and resolution will honor Nellie Perez for over 30 years of volunteer service and community support, including involvement with the Niland Commodity Exchange. The Supervisors will declare April 6-12 as Imperial County Public Health Week. They will declare the week of April 19 -  25th as National Crime Victims Rights Week. They will declare April 12 through the 18th as National Public Safety Telecommunications Week. They will recognize Belinda Henderson as Employee of the Month for February, and employees will be recognized on their March milestone anniversaries. There will be one action item. The Board will discuss and possibly take action on issues pertaining to the Adult Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility.
