(County Supervisors meet Tuesday)....The Board meeting begins in Closed Session.

They will hold a conference with legal counsel to discuss existing and anticipated litigation There will also be a conference with Labor Negotiator. The main issue on the action agenda is a public hearing. The hearing is expected to draw a large crowd. It will be to hear an appeal on the Planning Commission's decision to not approve a lot merger. During the Planning commission hearing the decision was not approved because of a lack of votes in favor, due to the number of commissioners who did not attend the meeting. Those opposed to the lot merger claim that is the last obstacle the board of supervisors need to clear before approving a controversial Data Center. The public hearing will be held at 11 Tuesday morning. It will be held in the County Administration Center on Main Street in El Centro.
