(The City of El Centro lanches a fee waiver program)....The Downtown Development Fee Waiver Program is aimed at reducing financial barriers and encouraging new investment in the city's downtown core.

The El Centro City Council approved the program on March 3rd. The program responds to strong community support for economoc incentives. A recent survey foiund that 90.2% of residents favor efforts to attract new businesses and revitalize downtown.
