A Special Meeting of the Imperial County Board of Supervisors is scheduled for Thursday evening.

The meeting will consist of a presentation from the county, project applicant presentation. public comments and then board discussion. During the Special Meeting, public comments can only be made on the single topic on the agenda, an informational presentation on the proposed Imperial Datta Center Project. The county says, to be clear, this item is informational only and is not a public hearing. No action will be taken by the Board of Supervisors at the meeting. The county has allotted one hour for public comment and three minutes per speaker. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2026, in the Board Chambers at the County Administration Building in El Centro.
