(City of El Centro Ribbon Cutting Ceremony)...It is scheduled for Thursday March 12 at 9 am.

The ceremony is to celebrate the completion of the Southern Pump Station. The event will take place at the intersection of Farnsworth Lane and Danenberg Drive. The Pump Station project represents a total investment of $17,6 million and was delivered through two distinct components. The Sewer Pump Station was funded with just ove $5.2 million in American Rescue Plan Act funds and $10.4 in wastewater Working Capital funds. Two million dollars was used for Road repair.
