(Murder suspect was in court Monday)....His attorney was not.
Melanie Roe had contacted the District Attorney's office. She told them that she would be representing 51-year-old Abraham Feinbloom. She asked the D.A. to ask the judge to postpone the preliminary hearing until the afternoon. The Judge refused. Instead, the judge postponed the preliminary hearing until Wednesday. Feinbloom is being charged in the disappearance and murder of 17-year-old T'neya Tovar from Riverside County. The 17-year-old had reportedly been enticed to the suspects home in Salton City. The investigation began after the victim's leg was found in the area near Salton City. The suspect Friday was in court when he entered a not guilty plea to the charges at that time.
