Another drug dealer has been taken off the street.

On Sunday night  El Centro Police officers made contact with a woman currently on probation. Officers attempted a probation search but the woman fled on foot. She was quickly apprehended. During a search of the suspects bag, officers found nearly 23 grams of methamphetamine individually packaged for sale, an additional 8.5 grams of methamphetamine in a separate bindle, 1.5 grams of fentanyl, two glass pipes, and 134 plastic baggies commonly used for packaging narcotics for sale. . The woman was arrested and booked into Imperial County Jail on a variety of narcotics related charges.
