It is for phase 2 of the Southwest Brawley Street Maintenance Improvement project. The contract was awarded to the lowest bidder, Union Pavement Service, Incorporated. Also at the meeting, the Council adopted a message concerning public comments. No Profanity. The message promotes a respectful and orderly meeting environment while preserving the public's right to comment.
