(Elk Centro installs new stop signs)....They were installed at Ross Avenue and 12th Street.

The stop signs will be effective beginning Wednesday. El Centro is advising motorist of the new stop signs. The new traffic control measure is intended to improve safety and traffic operations at the intersection.
