(City of El Centro extend the nomination period)...The nominations are for the 2026 Mardi Gras King and Queen.

The new deadline to submit nominations is January 26th. Community members are encouraged to nominate individuals who live pr work in El Centro and have demonstrated leadership, community involvement, and a commitment to service. The Mardi Gras King and Queen serve as Ambassadors for the celebration and participate in official Mardi Gras events and community outreach.
