Imperial County has announced a Public Comment Period for the Lithium Valley Specific Plan and Environmental Review.

The public is invited to provide comment by mail or email to address questions and concerns regarding the Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Report and the Revised Lithium Valley Specific Plan, including the General Plan and Zoning Ordinance/Map Amendments. The comment period will commence on December 30, 2025, and continue through March 2, 2026.
