(A reminder for all taxpayers)...Suzanne Bermudez, Treasurer Tax Collector has a reminder for taxpayers.

The 1st instalment of real property taxes will become delinquent if not paid by 5 pm on December 10th. Payments must be in the tax collectors office by 5 pm or bear a postmark of December 10, 2025. Be advised that online payments may be made through 11:45 pm. Delinquent parcels will receive a 10% penalty effective December 11 th. Property owners who have paid their taxes through impound accounts, but have recently refinanced or paid off their loans should be aware that they may now be responsible for paying the property tax bill themselves.
