(City of El Centro confirms a change)...It is on 11th Street between Broadway and Main Street.

That section of street will permanently become a one-way Street. It is part of the new police station development The change will affect access to the Imperial County Administration Building Parking lot. It will also alter traffic patterns in that area. Signs are expected to be posted once the new Police Headquarters opens.
