(Two collisions involving 3 vehicles)....The collisions were separate incidents.

It is not known if the rain had anything to do with either incident. The first collision, a two vehicle collision was reported at 7:20 Tuesday morning. The California Highway Patrol says a Toyota Camry collided with a White SUV on East Evan Hewes Highway and Highway 111. One of the vehicles flipped and wound up upside down. The driver of that vehicle suffered an injury to his hand, but nothing more. The other driver was not injured. The second incident was a single vehicle collision at just after 8 am at Norrish Road and Snyder Road. For still undetermined reasons, the vehicle went off the roadway and crashed into a canal. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and was uninjured. Both collisions are under investigation.
