They will perform preconstruction work on the Adult Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility, for not over $1.2 million. The funds come from a grant received by Behavioral Health. Align will plan and construct the treatment facility on Clark Road in El Centro. The California Department of Health Care Services funded the grant for the 16-bed treatment facility through the Crisis and Behavioral Health Continuum grant.
