The Supervisors will begin the meeting by recognizing six Imperial Valley participants of the California Cinderella Scholarship Program Pageant for earning State and International titles and representing Imperial County through community service and leadership. The action agenda is in the afternoon. The afternoon session begins at 1 pm. The Action agenda has 3 items, all from the County Public Works Department. The first is a request to approve an agreement with Rove Engineering, Inc for road rehabilitation work for various county roads at Gateway of the Americas. The second item asks the Board to approve an agreement with LT Municipal Consultant to conduct a rate and fee structure analysis for the Niland County Sanitation District and for the Cady Poe Colonia County Service area. The third issue to to award an agreement to Align Builders, Inc in an amount not to exceed $1.2 million for Phase 1 Preconstruction/Validation of the progressive design-build services for the Adult Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility.
