(Murder Suspect in court.)  56-year-old James Hill was to have a readiness hearing.

Hill is suspected in the murder of September Lee Weisinger. Her body was found at Senator Wash. The victim's boyfriend was determined to be the suspect in the murder. He was found in Yuma and extradited to Imperial County earlier this month. The readiness hearing did not happen Tuesday after it was announced the suspect had to get another attorney. The original attorney had to quit the case because of a conflict. A new attorney was appointed. The preliminary hearing was set for October 21. Hill remains in jail with bail set at $2 million
