(Imperial County Sheriff's Volunteer Fundraiser)....It is being held Sunday September 28 at the IV Fairgrounds Casa De Manana Building.

This is the 34th year the Imperial County Sheriff's Office host a Deep-pit Barbeque Fundraiser for their volunteers. This year's event is Drive thru only, from 11 am to 4 pm. Cost is just $15 per plate, that includes deep-pit BBQ meat, ranch beans, salad and a roll. Volunteer groups benefitting from the fundraiser include the Mounted Posse, Aero Squadron, Explorer Post 500, De Anza Rescue Unit and the Sheriff's Activity League.
