(Annual Ruck March is almost here)....It is a memorial to 9/11.

The public is encouraged to participate. It will be Saturday September 6th at 6 am at the VFW in Imperial, ruck marching to the American Legion in El Centro. Those completing the march will be awarded a patch at the finish line. The march is to honor the patriots of 9/11. Those who cannot walk the distance are invited to gather at the American Legion Post 25 at 8:30 am to welcome those completing the march. There will be appetizers and Hors d'oeuvre, and baked goods. Have a drink and honor those fallen patriots and their families. The event is open to the public, and no sign-up is required.
