(El Centro Police stop a man for questioning)....The man was eventually arrested.

Carlos Armando Holenbeck, 29, was stopped by Police on West Main Street in El Centro. During questioning, the man was asked for identification. The man produced identification, but it turned out to be fake. The 29-year-old was placed under arrest for giving false identification to a Peace Officer. It was determined the suspect was on probation and parole. He was booked into County Jail without bail.
