The foundation is sponsoring reduced adoption fees at over 300 organizations in the United States. The local participant is the Humane Society of Imperial County. Adoption fees are reduced to $25. You can get more information at bissellpetfoundation.org/ets. But keep in mind, the event ends July 19.
