A convicted felon was found with guns.

On Sunday, El Centro Police responded to a Civil Standby related to a domestic violence incident. Officers were advised that a man was attempting to retrieve his belongings. Among those belongings was a 9 mm Ghost Gun and a Colt .38 Special revolver, ammunition, and 4 Brass Knuckles. A records check determined that the man was a convicted felon and therefore prohibited from possessing firearms. The suspect was arrested and booked into Imperial County Jail on a variety of charges.
