(Many in El Centro affected by a power outage.)....It hit at around 11:30 Thursday night and included around 450 Imperial Irrigation District customers.

The customers were in the Ross Road, La Brucherie area. Power was restored in increments. Complete restoration of power was at 7:20 Friday morning. The cause of the outage is being investigated Officials say it could be anything from a bird to balloons to any number of things.
