(City of El Centro has a survey)...They are asking all residents to participate.

The public survey focuses on Downtown El Centro. The city wants to know how residents feel about the Downtown area. What would they like to see downtown. What do they feel would improve the downtown. Topics include business and shopping, public safety and maintenance, events and entertainment, design and beautification. Residents can take the survey through June 4th. You can take the survey on the city website.
