(Calexico Celebrates this month)....The border city will celebrate their 117th anniversary.

They will not be celebrating just one day, however. They have events planned for April 14, 15, 16 and 17. On April 14th there will be a mural unveiling at Camarena Memorial Library beginning at 5:30 pm. April 15th will be the opening of the Lego Art Exhibit at Carmen Durazo Cultural Arts Center. There will be a special Proclamation of the City of Calexico at City Hall at 6:30 pm. And on April 17th there will be a Time Capsule opening at the City Hall at 4 pm. The public is invited to attend any and all of the events.
