The second installment of real property taxes is coming due.

Imperial County Treasurer-Tax Collector, Suzanne Bermudez reminds all taxpayers that April 10, 2025, is the deadline for the second installment of the taxes. The taxes become delinquent if not paid by 5:00 p.m. of that day. Delinquent parcels will receive a 10 percent penalty and a $10.00 charge effective April 11 if not paid on time.
