(A US Senator and Congressman tour the Valley)....It was this past weekend.

US Senator Adam Schiff and Congressman Dr. Raul Ruiz took the tour. They visited primarily the Salton Sea and Lithium Valley. The Senator had expressed an interest in learning more about Imperial County. Along with the tour, they discussed ongoing economic diversification initiatives, workforce development programs and Salton Sea conservation and management efforts.
