(City of El Centro ready for 2025)...The City Council met this week.

At the meeting they approved a $180 million budget for fiscal year 2025. The action finalizes months of work to balance the spending plan. The budget includes $38.7 million for the General fund. It projects a modest surplus of $150,273 by the end of the fiscal year. Another possible funding source includes $15 million in combined reserves.
