(Fun in Holtville)....It will be on Thursday. The City of Holtville and the Holtville Car Club will present the 3rd annual Trunk or Treat.

There will also be the Holtville Farmers Market and Street Fair. It will all be at Holt Park. Don't forget to wear a costume
