The Grand Opening is October 3rd, beginning at 10 am. It will be held at 1625 North Waterman, across from the recently developed First Responders Park. Jacaranda Gardens was developed by Chelsea Investment Corporation. It consists of 96 affordable housing units to serve low-income families earning 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income. It is the 4th Chelsea development in El Centro. The development features five 3 story residential buildings and a single-story community facility
