Imperial County Superintendent Dr. Todd Finnell has been selected as the 2024-2025 President-Elect of the California County Superintendents.

Dr. Finnell will serve as President-Elect through June 30, 2024, and then serve as President the next year. Finnell was elected as Imperial County Superintendent of Schools in 2014. He has been in education for 34 years. The California County Superintendents supports the 58 county superintendents of schools in all 58 California counties, working together to promote, influence, and advocate for a high-quality education for California's more than6 million students.
