(CalEthos will be developing in Lithium Valley)....They signed an Option Agreement on July 24th.

It is for the purchase of 315 acres of land in the soon to bee approved Manufacturing Zone of Lithium Valley. CalEthos says the new property provides them with significant advantages over its pervious Data Center development site. The first of 3 development phases on the property is a planned 100 acre/420 megawatt campus, with up to 1 million square feet of clean energy powered build to suit data centers to support AI, Cloud and Hyperscale customers. CalEthos says they have been working over the past couple  of years with the County of Imperial, Imperial Valley Economic Development Corporation, Imperial Irrigation District and geothermal power producers to develop a comprehensive plan that leverages the region's clean energy resource to support a large scale data center operation
