It is located in Riverside County, near Temecula. An update issued Thursday morning indicates the fire is 14% contained. The cause is under investigation. There are 797 personnel on scene, with 7 helicopters, 69 engines, 9 dozers and 13 water tenders. The Border 66 fire near Tecate in San Diego County has reportedly been contained. The fire had burned over 300 acres on both sides of the International border. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
