(Cambria Imperial Hotel Job Fair Overwhelming)...The Job Fair was held on June 6th.

The response was unexpected. Hotel officials say the Imperial Valley Small Business Development Center and the Imperial County Workforce and Economic Development Board announced they received a record number of applications for the Hotel, far exceeding initial expectations. Positions ranged from front desk staff to housekeeping, kitchen personnel, and management roles, drawing interest from a diverse pool of candidates. Todd Bean, General Manager of Cambria Imperial Hotel said they were thrilled with the response from the community. He said the volume of applications demonstrate the strong local support and the high level of talent within Imperial County. Bean said they were excited to bring new job opportunities to the area and contribute to the local economy.
