A suspect in a Yuma murder has been arrested.

The Yuma County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Bureau has arrested a suspect in the murder of Eric Cruz. Cruz, 29, of Yuma, was found deceased in the early morning of Thursday, June 6, 2024. YCSO investigators were able to identify Brittany Garcia, 30, of Somerton, Arizona, as the suspect. She was arrested Monday and booked into the Yuma County Detention center on charges of First Degree Murder.
