Representatives from the Imperial County Executive Office and Board of Supervisors are calling it a successful trip. During the two-day trip, the locals engaged with federal officials to discuss critical issues impacting our community. The aim was to strengthen partnerships and secure support for local initiatives. County officials met with key members of Congress, the Administration, and federal agencies to advocate for funding and policy support on matters such as economic development, infrastructure improvements, and environmental sustainability. The discussions are part of the County's ongoing efforts to ensure that the needs and priorities of our residents are represented at the highest levels of government to promote Lithium Valley, highlight the County's recent activities and progress on supporting the industry and the community.
