A 25-year-old Mexicali man was arrested for auto theft.

According to Calexico Police, the suspect was arrested after officers investigating two recent auto theft incidents developed information that led them to the suspect. The alleged thief was arrested and booked into Imperial County jail on charges of auto theft and possession of burglary tools.
