A Yuma, Arizona man died in a Wednesday morning traffic accident.

According to the Yuma County Sheriff's Office, a pick-up truck was eastbound on Highway 95 when it crossed over the centerline and collided with a westbound car. The driver of the pick-up truck was identified as 43-year-old Jose Escobar, of Yuma. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the car sustained serious injuries and was taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center. The accident remains under investigation.
