( Imperial Valley Healthcare District Board of Directors meet Thursday)...The regular meeting will be held at 1275 Main Street in El Centro.

The meeting begins at 6 pm. During the meeting the Board will hear a presentation on the Draft Electoral Maps by National Demographics Corporation. They will take public comments on the presentation. There are three draft electoral maps. Following the public comments, the Board will review the three proposals and select one for final consideration and adoption at the next IVHD Board meeting. Also Thursday, the board will discuss the proposed sequencing and staggering of the Board seats. They will discuss and possibly take action on the PMHD, El Centro and Heffernan funding requests. The Board will discuss and seek direction to AB 918 mergers, acquisitions and negotiations. The next regular meeting of the Board will be held June 13.
