They will unveil the second phase of Imperial Valley College's innovative lithium traiung programs, marking the commencement of the Chemical Technician Program slated for Fall 2024. The announcement will underscore a significant step forward in fostering a skilled workforce to meet the burgeoning demands of lithium and related  industries. The announcement will be Wednesday, May 1st at the Administration Building at Imperial Valley College. Attending the event will be Luis Plancarte, County Board of Supervisors Chairman, IVC Superintendent Dr. Lennor Johnson, Efrain Silva, Dean of Economic and Workforce Development, Renewable Energy Industry Representatives and more.
