(It was not Christmas on Menday)...It was Earth Day.

Students at one school received presents. Imperial County Air Pollution Air Control celebrated Earth Day by giving away 200 air purifiers to students at Southwest High School in El Centro.. It was part of the Air Community Education or ACE program. The program teaches students about air quality. The purifiers help families with asthma.. ICAPCD's new mascot Air Justice was on hand to help hand-out the purifiers. The Air Pollution Control District says they plan to host this event every Earth Day.
