That means Banks and other federal institutions will not be affected. The Holiday is recognized by the County and the state. Imperial County Offices, courts and libraries will be closed April 1st. State offices, including courts and the Department of Motor Vehicles will also be closed Monday. All County and State public offices and services will resume normal operations on Tuesday. Schools are in Spring Break.
