(The City's of Brawley and El Centro end the year with new Mayors)......Both City's reorganized this week.

In separate meetings, they chose new mayors for 2024. Earlier in the week the El Centro named Sylvia Marroquin to succeed Martha Cardenas Singh as Mayor. Thursday evening, The Brawley City Council held a special meeting. During the meeting George Nava turned the gavel over to Ramon Castro. Don Wharton was named Mayor Pro-tem.
