The 2023 Slab City Stand Up will be held Friday.

The Stand Up will provide information on services available to veterans. The event will start at 7:00 a.m. and continue until 4:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch will be served. There will be claims assistance for VA Disability Compensation, Chaplain services, peer support services and legal assistance. Clothing will also be available. The event will be located by the Blue Community Center at Slab City.  The Slab City Stand Up is hosted by VFW Post 9305.
