(IID Board of Directors agree to a permanent General Manager)....The decision was announced at Tuesday's Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors meeting.

The Board voted unanimously to name Jamie Asbury as the new IID General Manager. She is no stranger to the IID, as she has been working as the IID Energy Department Manager. With her appointment, Asbury becomes the first woman in the District's 112 year history to lead the district. She fills the vacancy left after Henry Martinez retired from the position.
