(El Centro Police made the arrest).... Saturday night, El Centro officers responded to a report of shots fired at an inhabitated dwelling.

The home is in the area of Third and Heil. Investigating officers were able to get a description of the susoect and within hours had tracked him to an apartment complex just two blocks from the scene of the shooting. Jesus Manuel Rodriguez was taken into custody. He was booked into county jail and charged with shooting at an inhabited dwelling. No injuries were reported.
