(IID Board was holding a special meeting today).....It was more of a study session.
It was being held at University Of California Desert Research and Extension Center of Holton Road near Holtville. The agenda included an Energy Cost of Service Studay, Rate Credit Overview, and Public Benefits fund balance concepts.
